have you ever been so full of negative emotions (despite your usual optimism) that it REALLY starts to affect the aspects of your daily life? unfortunately i am full of many negative thoughts right now. and i am so NOT used to it or capable of dealing with these that i don't know what to do with them. other than put them on paper, i guess...
